Love Notes from Our Families

Dear RMH,
Our family graciously thanks you for taking care of us while our daughter, Katie, has been at Children's. Katie came up here in a coma due to seizures after a medication interaction and was given little hope. Thanks to our loving and giving Lord, she is walking and talking and able to live a normal life. Thank you for giving us a place of rest and comfort during this difficult time. You will always be in our hearts!

"The Ronald McDonald House has touched my heart forever. I’m so grateful to all of the people who comfort us. People who do things out of love will surely be blessed! Regardless of my grandson’s outcome, I will always be indebted to the Ronald McDonald House. It has been my sanctuary." -Dave, a grandfather staying at the Ronald McDonald House while his grandson is treated for multiple brain seizures
“We had a great overall experience and Mercy and the Ronald McDonald Room was a peaceful oasis for me when I needed to step out of my son’s room to catch my breath and get re-centered. I will always be grateful." -Mother who used the Ronald McDonald Family Room
“I was so happy to have a place where my husband and I could go while our daughter was having treatments. It was warm and friendly. The volunteers were so helpful – even when I cried my eyes out. “-Mother who used the Ronald McDonald Family Room
