Tab Top Pandemonium
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Tab Top Pandemonium May 2. With your help, we collected more than 12,400 pounds of tab tops! Mark your calendars for May 1, 2010 for the next Tab Top Pandemonium for a day of fun with Ronald McDonald including games, snacks, arts and crafts and much more!
Awards are given for top collectors in the following groups:
Schools, Organizations, Individuals and Families
Last year alone, tab tops collected for RMHC resulted in over 34,000 pounds of aluminum for recycling, raising over $17,000!
The Tab Top program is a great way for children, schools, offices, and other organizations to support the Ronald McDonald House. Groups are encouraged to collect tab tops off of aluminum cans for the House and return them to collection barrels at area McDonald’s restaurants or the Ronald McDonald House for recycling. To participate or acquire tab top boxes, please call 314.773.1100, ext. 1216.
For every pound of tab tops collected, the House receives up to 35 cents. In the split second it takes to pull the tab from your beverage can, you could help make a difference in the lives of the families staying at the House.
